The Edge Top Property Developers Awards is into its eight year and now comes under the banner of The Edge Property Excellence Awards. Last year, Ivory Associates Sdn Bhd was ranked as one of the Top 30 developers in Malaysia under Qualitative Attributes. This year, the newly listed Ivory Properties Group Berhad has been ranked under the same category again as one of the Top 30 developers in the country. Product Quality, Innovation & Creativity, Value Creation for Buyers, Image and Expertise are the five qualitative attributes that the judges based on when evaluating the property developer. The Edge Top Property Developers Awards is an exercise to rank Malaysia’s top property players for their quantitative and qualitative attributes – from the consumer’s perspective.
