Credit Control Assistant Manager / Manager

  • Possess Degree in Finance/ Banking/ Accounting/ Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in related field, with at least 3 years managerial/leadership position.
  • Proven track record in delivering results with good knowledge of company credit risk analysis and industry research.
  • Good communication skill and excellent management skill with an analytic mind, the ability to brainstorm with peers and subordinates to determine credit issues and problem solving.
  • Possess good understanding of the relevant Malaysian law and litigation procedures.

 

Credit Control Executive/ Assistant

  • Possess Diploma/ Degree in Finance/ Banking/ Accounting or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and property billing software.
  • Good understanding of property sales administration and communication skills.

 

Accounts Executive / Assistant

  • Possess at least Diploma in Finance/ Accounting/ LCCI or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Analytical, meticulous and computer literate.

Sales & Marketing Executive/ Assistant

  • Possess Diploma/ Degree in any related discipline.
  • Experience in sales & marketing activities, preferably in property development industry.
  • Knowledge in developing publications and promotional materials. Possess excellent communication skills in English, poised manner and presentable both in person and on the phone.
  • Possess a professional appearance with the ability to attend to enquiries/ complaints tactfully.

Graphic Designer

  • Possess Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design/ Art & Design/ Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in related field.
  • Possess creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense.
  • Attention to details and proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Pleasant personality, discipline and a team-player.

 

Procurement Coordinator

  • Possess SPM/ Diploma in any related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of working experience related to Entertainment Purchasing.
  • Able to work independently.

 

IT Assistant

  • Possess SPM/ STPM/ Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, on-the-job training will be provided. Working experience in the related field is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in hardware and software- windows server/ networking/ POS system/ database admin.
  • Assist the IT manager as needed in providing service to employees and systems management.
  • Provide user level technical support for end users, computers, printers and assist in network and security management.

 

Site Manager/ Project Manager (Construction)

  • Possess Diploma or Degree in relevant field or equivalent, OR minimum 10 years of working experience in high- rise construction or similar capacity.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project.
  • Familiar with work scheduling/ programming.

 

Site Engineer/ Senior Site Supervisors/Site Engineer/ M&E Supervisor(C&S cum Architectural)

  • Possess Diploma or Degree in relevant fields OR 5 years of practical working experience in the related field is required for Senior Supervisors and at least 3 years of practical working experience for Supervisors.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical works, quality control in construction works and documents, supervisions of sub-contractors and sire workers.

 

Project Scheduler

  • Possess Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree with working experience and a sound knowledge of schedule systems and construction project planning.
  • Technical skills/ knowledge required: Primavera, Microsoft project and other Microsoft suite.
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated person and able to work independently.

 

Safety Officer/Safety Supervisor

  • Possess Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent for Safety Officer & Diploma, Certificate or equivalent for Safety Supervisor.
  • At least 3 years working experience for safety officer & 1 year working experience for safety supervisor in handling safety and health related matters in relevant field.
  • Must have DOSH or NIOSH certificates (Green Book) for safety officer & (Yellow Book) for safety supervisor.

 

Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor

  • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • Above 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field for Senior Quantity Surveyor position.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the Quantity Surveyor position.
  • Required skill(s): AutoCad & Excel

 

Plumbing Project Coordinator

  • Possess SPM/ STPM or certificate.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience.
  • Preferably with practical experiences and hands-on in building & construction site works.

 

Wireman

  • Possess SPM/ STPM or certificate.
  • Possess Suruhanjaya Tenaga PW4.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience.

 

Maintenance Manager

  • Possess Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Facilities Management/ Building Engineering/ Building Maintenance/ Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in Uniform Building By-Laws, Fire Service Act, Building & Common Property (Maintenance & Management) Act.
  • At least 3~5 years of working experience in Building Service System Maintenance/ Facilities Management.
  • Able to lead / coach a team to troubleshoot system fault in building services with short notice.
  • Ability to be present within short notice is an important criterion.

 

Assistant Operations Manager

  • Possess Diploma in Technical / Electrical / Building Management / Operations or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in managing operations and a team of staff members from several departments.
  • Able to lead a team of staff members to work independently.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and computer knowledge.
  • Able to work flexible working hours and long hours at times.
  • Good in multi-tasking and people management.
  • Good problem solving skills.

 

Technician (Air Cond)

  • Possess STPM/ Pre-U/ Professional Certificate/ Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in handling AHU, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Air Cond repairs/ installations/ maintenance.

 

Fit Out Supervisor

  • Possess Diploma/ Degree or technical based experience from technical colleges/ institutions’/Interior Design.
  • Self-motivated with creative idea and strong initiative.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and able to liaise with tenants, customers and coordinate within internal departments.

 

Security Personnel

  • Possess PMR/ SPM/ STPM/ Certificate in any field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Job role in Security Guard/ Enforcer or equivalent.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residential status.
  • Aged 50 and below.
