Accounts Executive/ Assistant

  • Possess Diploma / Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ LCCI or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Analytical, meticulous and computer literate.
  • Preferably able to start work immediately.

Credit Control Executive/ Assistant

  • Possess Diploma/ Degree in Finance/ Banking/ Accounting or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and property billing software.
  • Good understanding of property sales administration and communication skills.

 

Procurement Coordinator

  • Possess SPM/ Diploma in any related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of working experience related to Entertainment Purchasing.
  • Able to work independently.

 

Landscape Architect

  • Possess Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Landscape Design/ Landscape Architecture/ Environmental Architecture with at least 4 years’ experience.
  • Experience in coordination of detailed working drawings on site.
  • To work with in-house architecture department on developing technical profile, quality and management of the landscape project services.
  • Excellent leadership, communication skills and team work spirit are essential.

 

Project Architect

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in high-rise residential and/or commercial building design and construction drawing documentation management.
  • Experience in coordination of detailed working drawings on site.
  • Excellent leadership, communication skills and team work spirit are essential.

 

Civil Engineer/ Junior Engineer

  • Possess Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Basic computer knowledge in design software such as Orion, Esteem, Staadpro and Auto Cad.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; on-the-job training provided.

 

Project & Planning Senior Executive/ Executive

  • Possess Bachelor’s Degree/ Master in Town Planning.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
  • Well versed in every aspect of town planning and requirements cum guidelines from authorities.
  • Possess leadership and communication skills.
  • To coordinate all on-going projects including application of Planning Permission & Building Plan; preparation of LCP, proposals of new projects, reports and etc.
  • To liaise and follow up with authorities the progress of approvals.

 

Senior/ Junior Graphic Designer

  • Possess Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design/ Art & Design/ Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience in related field.
  • Possess creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense.
  • Attention to details and proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Pleasant personality, discipline and a team-player.

 

Graphic Web Designer

  • Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic / Web Design / Multimedia or related field.
  • Required language: English, Chinese & Malay.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash).
  • Fluent in basic HTML and possess basic knowledge of PHP & JS.
  • Strong conceptual design skills, demonstrates creative, technical and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with web frameworks like bootstrap are added advantage.
  • Responsible for customising web development throughout the entire project life cycle, including innovative design, layout , coding & testing of new/updated websites in an environment using the lean/agile delivery methodology.
  • Designing websites based on HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Actionscript, PHP, Flash or any other popular and upcoming software / technology.

 

Interior Designer

  • Possess Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design.
  • Experience in designing, developing concept, documentation of drawings and detailed drawing.
  • At least 2 - 5 years of working experience in related field.

 

Project Manager (Construction)

  • Possess Diploma or Degree in relevant field or minimum 15 years of construction working experience in similar capacity.
  • Minimum handling of 2 to 3 completed projects as Construction Manager.
  • Possess good interpersonal skill and be able to work within a multi disciplinary technical team.

 

Site Manager/ M&E Manager (Construction)

  • Possess Diploma or Degree in relevant field or equivalent, OR minimum 10 years of working experience in high- rise construction.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project.
  • Familiar with work scheduling programming.

 

Senior Site Supervisors/ Site Supervisors (C&S cum Architectural)

  • Possess Diploma or Degree in relevant fields OR 5 years of practical working experience in the related field is required for Senior Site Supervisors and at least 3 years of practical working experience for Site Supervisors.
  • Fresh graduates in Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree are encouraged to apply.
  • Computer literate and possess good leadership skill.

 

Project Scheduler

  • Possess Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree with working experience and a sound knowledge of schedule systems and construction project planning.
  • Technical skills/ knowledge required: Primavera, Microsoft project and other Microsoft suite.
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated person and able to work independently.

 

Safety Officer

  • Possess Diploma or Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience as safety officer handling safety, health in construction field.
  • Must have DOSH or NIOSH certificates (Green Book).

 

Contract Manager

  • Possess a minimum Degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • At least 10 years of working experience in the related field. Adequate work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Assist Senior Contract Manager in carrying all aspects of quantity surveying duties from feasibility studies to pre- and post-contract projects.
  • Able to work in a team and under minimum supervision.
  • Working knowledge of computerised system.
  • Knowledge in building contract such as PAM Form and JKR form is necessary.

 

Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor

  • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • Above 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field for Senior Quantity Surveyor position.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the Quantity Surveyor position.
  • Required skill(s): AutoCad & Excel

 

Leasing Manager

  • Possess Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration (those without qualification can be considered subject to experience).
  • Preferably at least 5~8 years of related working experience in large retail and leisure mall.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit are essential.

 

Maintenance Manager

  • Possess Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Facilities Management/ Building Engineering/ Building Maintenance/ Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in Uniform Building By-Laws, Fire Service Act, Building & Common Property (Maintenance & Management) Act.
  • At least 3~5 years of working experience in Building Service System Maintenance/ Facilities Management.
  • Able to lead / coach a team to troubleshoot system fault in building services with short notice.
  • Ability to be present within short notice is an important criterion.

 

Technician (Air Cond)

  • Possess STPM/ Pre-U/ Professional Certificate/ Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Air Cond repairs/ installations/ maintenance.

 

Fit Out Supervisor

  • Possess Diploma/ Degree or technical based experience from technical colleges/ institutions’/Interior Design.
  • Self-motivated with creative idea and strong initiative.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and able to liaise with tenants, customers and coordinate within internal departments.

 

Dispatch cum Driver

  • SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of working experience with good driving record.
  • Possess valid Class B & D driving licence as it is required to travel to various places.
  • Good attitude and reliable.
  • Need to work overtime on weekdays, weekends & Public Holidays as and when required.

 

Head of Security

  • Preferably possess at least SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma in Security Management or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years’ experience at security supervisory level.
  • Past experience in police or military force will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledgeable and well-versed in overall security system, safety & fire fighting systems & procedures.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Possess management and organisational skills; strong in investigation and prosecution skills.
  • Possess a high level of integrity and discipline.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to train, lead and supervise a group of security personnel & auxiliary police (polis bantuan).
  • Must be computer literate in MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint, process flow and other applications.

 

Security Personnel

  • Possess PMR/ SPM/ STPM/ Certificate in any field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Job role in Security Guard/ Enforcer or equivalent.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residential status.
  • Aged 50 and below.
