Ivorycares Carnival Day 2007 was organized with the objective to raise funds for the underprivileged. Two of the fund's beneficiaries namely Children's Protection Society and Asia community Services were present to recieve their cheque amounting RM10,000 each, during the event. Part of the funds raised was also channeled into Ivorycares' forthcoming festive charity activities. A total of 37 food stalls plus other nick knacks such as bracelets, photo frames, wiggle magnets as well as fun tattoo stamping, caricature and sale of little pet animals were set up for the carnival. The other main highlights were a children's fancy dress parade, little Elvis show, coloring contest, fun games, hip hop dancing and live band performances. There was also a cheque presentation to Ivorycares by OTIS Elevator (M) Sdn Bhd that generously contributed RM10,000 towards organizing the fundraising event.
