| Ivorycares Teens Fun Day was organized for students of SMK Pendidikan Khas Persekutuan on 14th June 2008 from 9a.m to 1p.m at SMK Pendidikan Khas Persekutuan. This event was a combination of physical and mental activities which involving sporting games and handicraft. It is also an event which enables Ivorycares members and the students to get to know one-another. The activities that had been carried out were Tele-match, 2008 National Day Logo Designing Competition and Recycle Runway. A 'Gotong-Royong' within school compound also been carried out upon completion of event. |

| 24th May 2008 - Ivorycares Ed-Venture Camp |
|

| A total of 24 underprivileged children from St. Joseph’s Home and 10 regular children from the public participated in the second fun and thrill Ivorycares Ed-Venture Camp during mid-year school holiday at Taman Negara Pulau Pinang that was carried out from 8am till 6pm. The focus of the ed-venture camp held this time around was on Basic Forest Survival. The 5 main elements namely, fire, signal, water, food and shelter were highlighted in the program where campers were required to put on their thinking caps and skills to work in order to ‘survive’ should they be lost in the forest. Participants were grouped into teams to work on the given tasks with limited materials such as pen knife, whistle, matches, hooks, string, and aluminum foil and they were also required to search for other materials they could find on the beach to create the necessary survival tools. Other fun activities were Mega Sand castle Building, Hands n’ Legs Race and Water Confidence where they were required to jump off a jetty and swim with the help of a float rope. |

| 26th April 2008 - Ivorycares Blood Donation Campaign 2008 |

For the third consecutive year, a Blood Donation Campaign was organized by Ivorycares on
26th April 2008 from 10.00am to 2.00pm at Ivory Corporate Office. The objective of this campaign is to substantiate the blood bank of Penang General Hospital which has a high usage rate. Additionally,
this campaign is also aimed to foster a sense of social responsibility amongst ivory staffs and the general public. YB Tuan Phee Boon Poh, the State Exco for Health, Welfare & Caring Society was invited to grace this meaningful event. Also present were, YB Tuan Danny Law Heng Kiang, State Exco for Tourism Development, Culture Arts & Heritage, YB Tuan Jeff Ooi Chuan Aun, Jelutong MP and YB Tuan Ng Wei Aik, KOMTAR Assemblyman. A total of 71 blood packets were successfully collected via this noble event. |

| 9th March 2008 - The Fun & Thrill of Ivorycares Ed-venture Camp! |

Ivorycares Ed-Venture Camp is an educational cum adventure based program organized during school holidays for underprivileged and regular children from the public. A total of 16 underprivileged children from Children’s Protection Society and 8 regular children from the public participated in the said program that started at 8.00am till 6.00pm. About 18 Ivorycares volunteers also joined in the fun. They first hiked a 1.52km trail that took approximately 30 minutes to reach Teluk Aling, the camp site. Upon reaching, the children had a wild and splashy time in the water. The fun activities that were included in the program were, caterpillar ‘walk’, surface water race, mega sand castle building and hands n’ legs race. On the serious side, participants underwent Water Confidence and Basic Forest Survival that highlighted the 5 basic survival skills required to survive in a forest, i.e., fire, shelter, signal, food and water. At the end of the program, the children each received a Certificate of Participation and an exciting Survival Kit. Ivorycares partners with FWV X-treem Adventure Group, a specialist in outdoor activities and Penang Adventist Hospital, for first aid support, to co-organize the program during each school holiday. |

| 22nd January 2008 - Serving Devotees During Thaipusam |
|

|
| For the second consecutive year, Ivorycares extended its services by offering food and drinks to the devotees during the auspicious Thaipusam celebration on the eve of Thaipusam, from 10am-2pm. A booth was set up in front of Ivory Properties Group's Corporate Office where the chariot passed by and coconuts were smashed during the procession. |
