Year 1999 - 2005

  • Company founded by Dato’ Low Eng Hock.
  • Entered high rise residential market.
  • Expanded into new asset classes such as mixed use, offices and retail with the introduction of Penang Times Square, a five-phase visionary mixed use development.
  • Established company brand as a lifestyle developer.

Year 2006 - 2010

  • Retained Birch House as Headquarters through adaptive reuse of the heritage building.
  • Introduced award-winning open resort-style garden development Moonlight Bay.
  • Continuous growth and expansion into other regions of Penang Island.
  • Listed on the main listing of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

  • Won 41.5ha Bayan Mutiara land bid.
